The Lodge Blacklock cast iron skillet combines traditional craftsmanship with modern convenience. Named after the original Lodge foundry, the Blacklock collection represents exceptionally lightweight cast iron – the pans are up to 25% lighter than conventional Lodge cast iron pans, making them particularly easy to handle.

Made from solid cast iron and triple-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil, the pan is ready to use right out of the box. The natural, PFAS- and PFOA-free patina offers excellent non-stick properties and is exceptionally durable – even when cooking with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes or wine. At the same time, the patina continues to develop with each use, ensuring increasingly better cooking results.

Thanks to its excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, the Blacklock skillet is suitable for virtually any cooking method – from searing steaks and stir-fries to frittatas and oven-baked dishes. It can be used on all stovetops, including induction, in the oven, on the grill, or over a campfire.
