Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your items, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems:
Please check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at bestellung@profino.de.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
