General terms and conditions of delivery and payment:

New customers are supplied exclusively on a prepayment basis. After three successful prepayment payments, the service will switch to invoicing.

Customers with negative credit reports will continue to be supplied on a prepayment basis.

Otherwise, we deliver on account, which is payable within 10 days with a 2% discount or within 30 days net.

Orders for items not in stock are generally non-returnable. Personalized items are only delivered against prepayment.

The initial order value is €500.00, after which the minimum order value is €100.00.

For orders over €500.00 (for Austria €500.00), delivery is free to a warehouse on the German mainland.

For amounts below this, a freight charge of €8.50 (freight charge for Austria €12.00) will be charged.

Other countries may have different policies. Backordered goods are shipped free of charge for orders over €50.00.

Additional items can be ordered at any time free of shipping charges for items that are currently out of stock.
