The solid cast iron retains and distributes heat exceptionally evenly. At the same time, the pan remains dimensionally stable even at high temperatures – it won't bend, dent, or warp. The Lodge pizza pan is suitable for the oven, grill, and campfire, but is not recommended for use on the stovetop.
